Internal Family Systems (IFS) goes deep into the subconscious mind (and body) to clear the root of burnout


Developed in the 80's, IFS is one of the most groundbreaking & empirically proven models of therapy that currently exists

 


OUR FAVORITE STUDY

In a PTSD Study, after 1 month of IFS, 92% of patients no longer met criteria for PTSD. That's 4 sessions, despite allocating 16 sessions to the full study! How wild is that?

The wild moment for me was IFS. It was interesting because I really felt emotions inside me as characters. I spoke with my dark emotions to know what they needed to leave. One emotion, when it left, I felt warm all over my body. I was so happy that I jumped to hug my coach Alessandro!
